Hello, and welcome to A2B Counselling. I am a fully BACP accredited psychodynamic counsellor, with decades of experience in senior management, supporting and developing individuals and teams. I offer counselling with a personal development and coaching slant which can help you to identify and understand unconscious behaviors' which may be negatively impacting your confidence; self-belief; or  personal and workplace relationships.  I can  then work with you towards understanding the route cause of these issues and suggest new ways of setting and achieving personal development goals. I work both in-person (from my practice in central Stroud) and online (via Zoom or Teams).
